Jaw crusher's operating environment:

In the process of breaking large stones into small ones,the first crusher is often referred to as master crusher.Jaw crusher is the strongest equipment with longest history.When feeding the Jaw crusher,the material go into the broken room with jaw teeth from the top entrance.Jaw teeth pushes the material to the wall with great strength to make the stone become smaller.An eccentric shaft which throughout the whole body of the equipment supporting the movement of the jaw teeth.Eccentric movement often caused by the flywheel which fixed in the end of axes.We often use spherical rollar bearings to support axes,and the working environment of axes is very hash because it must bear the enormous impact load,corrosive water and high temperature.Despite this extremely working environment ,jaw crusher still need to work reliable because it is key to ensure the productivity.

Jaw crusher working principle:Jaw crusher's structure including as follows:the main frame,eccentric shaft,the pulley,flywheel,movable jaw,side remaining plate,toggle plate,toggle plate rear screw transfer gap,reset spring,fixed plate and flexible jaw plate etc,bracket also played the roles as insurance.The belt and pulley of the jaw crusher driven by the motor making the mivable jaw move up and down by eccentric shaft,when the movable jaw rises,the angle between the fixed jaw and the movable jaw gets larger ,thus the materials can be crushed to reach the required size;when the movable jaw is down,the angle between the fixed the jaw and the movable jaw gets smaller,then the  movable jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate,at that time the broken material has been discharged from the outlet of the equipment,as the crusher's movable jaw crushed and discharged regularly under the function of motor,we can achieve the aim of mass produce.
